Responsibilities

  • Contribute to engineering and digital transformation programs across Engineering and R&D functions.
  • Support delivery of model-based initiatives, including MBE, PLM, MBSE, digital twins, and digital thread solutions.
  • Collaborate as a team player to successfully execute engineering transformation projects for clients.
  • Support new business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
  • Drive innovation in products and technologies by staying current with industry trends and advancements.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to optimize engineering performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape digital roadmaps and define future-state operating models.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital engineering, software delivery, or technology consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Aerospace, Computer Science), Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in transformation programs within Engineering or R&D.
  • Strong understanding of the value driven by MBE, PLM, MBSE solutions/approach.
  • Understanding of PLM processes.
  • Experience around model-based engineering, model-based enterprise, digital twins, digital thread areas.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems using structured thinking, data, and technology-enabled approaches.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
