Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for platform projects, upgrades, and enhancements
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scenarios
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements
- Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration Testing cycles
- Identify, track, and resolve defects using industry-standard management tools
- Ensure test coverage across Front Office, Back Office, and Risk modules
- Prepare detailed test status reports, metrics, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor and guide testing teams while ensuring adherence to quality standards
Requirements
- Extensive experience in application testing within financial markets
- Hands-on experience with the MX.3 platform
- Deep knowledge of Capital Markets, Treasury, Derivatives, and Risk Management
- Proven expertise in Test Planning, Execution, and Defect Management
- Strong understanding of platform workflows, interfaces, and reporting
- Proficiency with JIRA, ALM, or similar test management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading offshore/onshore testing teams
