PLM Process/Systems Architect

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, development, and integration of PLM and digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Translate manufacturing and business objectives into system requirements, processes, and technical solutions.
  • Define and improve manufacturing processes supporting the product digital thread.
  • Drive integration between PLM, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Engineering, Sustainment, and Digital Transformation teams.
  • Analyze complex manufacturing problems and develop effective technology-based solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout system planning, implementation, and integration activities.
  • Support the development of manufacturing processes including BOMs, process plans, production scheduling, configuration management, tooling, and workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong systems architecture and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise systems within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, and MES systems and their integrations.
  • Experience with manufacturing systems, processes, and operations.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical/system solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across business, engineering, manufacturing, and IT organizations.
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and/or 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) is preferred.
