PLM Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 25+ individuals with diverse skills, providing technical assistance and mentorship.
  • Interface with customers and stakeholders, coordinating status updates, enhancements, deployments, and live support.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, generating data and status reports for senior management.
  • Perform resource planning and allocation for PLM projects.
  • Support in creating proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and effort estimations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans using tools like MPP and flow diagrams using Visio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with 9+ years of experience in PLM.
  • Extensive experience with Windchill PLM, including ArborText content and BOM transformation.
  • Proven experience as a Windchill Technical Architect, focusing on project life management systems and product data.
  • Proficiency in Windchill 13.0/13.1, including customizations of ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, and OIRs.
  • Experience with Windchill PLM/PDMLink and the PTC product suite.
  • Knowledge and practical use of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, and XML for Windchill modifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solutions for Windchill applications and resolve key issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
