Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business and technical requirements through discovery activities and workshops.
  • Present PLM solutions and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and executive presentations.
  • Support RFI/RFP responses and technical proposal activities.
  • Lead or support Proof of Concept (POC) and Benchmark activities.
  • Partner with sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle to provide technical leadership.
  • Identify and manage technical risks during the early sales stage.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients as a technical advisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PLM, CAD, ALM, or related engineering software industries.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and product development processes.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze client challenges and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Good English communication skills for global collaboration.
  • Experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution engineering preferred.
  • Experience with major PLM solutions (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE) preferred.
