Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct client demonstrations for advanced security systems, both domestically and internationally.
  • Commission new systems on-site, analyze technical issues, and resolve them effectively.
  • Train pilots, operational staff, and technical personnel on complex system functionalities.
  • Plan and execute test, trial, and validation flights, including preparation and risk analysis.
  • Provide field feedback to development and product management teams, and support documentation efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct client contact (e.g., service, support, training).
  • Practical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software-based systems.
  • Technical degree or vocational training in aviation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience operating drones or unmanned systems, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and responsibly, with a willingness to travel.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English for international demonstrations and training.
