Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and translate business use cases into comprehensive PLM solution designs.
  • Represent the design and implementation team in project governance and risk assessment activities.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and validation of PLM solutions in Windchill environments.
  • Partner with implementation architects to ensure solutions align with SaaS guardrails and best practices.
  • Conduct technical assessments to determine feasibility and provide direction for estimating and planning.
  • Facilitate client workshops, document business process issues, and develop actionable solution roadmaps.
  • Support data migration, configuration, and integration efforts using Java, JSP, XML, and Ant.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in consulting, implementing, or supporting PLM systems.
  • Strong focus on PTC Windchill and process-centric deployments.
  • Proven ability to architect enterprise PLM solutions and application designs.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and enterprise application frameworks.
  • Proficiency in software development using Java, JSP, XML, and Ant.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders across technical and executive levels.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship.
