Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize SAP PLM processes focusing on material master data and engineering change management
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Analyze existing data flows and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Production, Engineering, R&D, and IT
  • Support project implementation including testing and user acceptance
  • Contribute SAP expertise to enterprise-wide S/4HANA transformation activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external IT partners to deliver solutions
  • Act as a primary business partner for stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in SAP PLM design and optimization
  • Strong expertise in material master data and engineering change management
  • Proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management)
  • Knowledge of SAP QM, SD, DMS, or Workflow is highly beneficial
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions
  • Fluent German (C1+) and business-fluent English
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to project ownership
