Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and endpoint management platforms.
  • Support engineering and development platforms, including PLM/CAD systems, ensuring reliability, security, and usability.
  • Support secure access technologies, including Zero Trust initiatives and connectivity validation.
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting and contribute to improving system reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation, support disaster recovery readiness, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT, cloud, systems, or platform engineering.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, and routing basics).
  • Experience with identity and access management concepts (MFA, SSO, Conditional Access).
  • Basic scripting experience (PowerShell or Bash).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational tasks.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills, with a structured, disciplined, and reliable approach.
