Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a software engineering team (Frontend, Backend, App), fostering an open feedback culture.
  • Collaborate with the CTO to evolve software architecture and make technological decisions focused on performance, scalability, and future-proofing.
  • Develop intelligent engineering workflows for coding, automated testing, and other software development areas.
  • Actively participate in the management team and collaborate with leadership on strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

  • Several years of leadership experience in managing software development teams.
  • Strong technical background as a Frontend or Fullstack Developer with comprehensive understanding of Backend, App development, and modern software architectures.
  • Extensive software development expertise and experience with scalable, high-performance architectures and technological decision-making processes.
  • Pronounced AI affinity and enthusiasm for using coding agents, automated tests, and AI-driven development workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and customer focus with strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Strong leadership personality with empathy, direct communication, and willingness to work regularly on-site.
