Responsibilities

  • Plan and design sophisticated technical building equipment systems
  • Manage projects through all lifecycle phases from conception to completion
  • Execute performance phases 1–9 according to HOAI standards
  • Dimension and design supply technology systems using calculation software
  • Create, edit, and review design and execution plans
  • Coordinate with architects, specialist planners, clients, and suppliers
  • Provide technical support during various planning and implementation phases
  • Ensure professional, economic, and standard-compliant planning

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Engineering, Building Technology, or Energy Technology
  • Alternative qualification as a technician or master in HLS/TGA fields
  • Professional experience in planning and project design of building systems
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and sanitation trades
  • Proficiency with standard calculation and planning software
  • Solid MS Office skills and advantageous CAD knowledge
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
