A global professional services company is seeking a consultant to drive project execution for planning transformation work within its Supply Chain & Engineering practice, focusing on the Life Sciences sector. The role involves working with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, distributor, and consumer health clients globally to redefine the future of the industry. This position is responsible for delivering large-scale planning transformation programs through end-to-end ownership, while also building the firm's differentiated planning capability. The ideal candidate will contribute to embedding innovation, intelligence, and AI-native operations into product design, engineering, manufacturing, and distribution.

Responsibilities
- Support project delivery of business and technology transformations using deep industry expertise in Planning and AI-enabled transformations.
- Understand business value levers for Planning reinvention across various life sciences segments.
- Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support business development efforts.
- Engage deeply in project delivery with hands-on work, leading work products, and coaching/mentoring others.
- Manage internal and external relationships effectively and deliver with excellence.
- Support practice and people development in addition to day-to-day project delivery.
- Support delivery of generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scalable use cases for Agentic planning operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Biopharma, Medical Devices / Med Tech, CDMO/CMO, or adjacent Life Sciences sectors.
- Minimum of 1 year of external consulting experience or 2 years of internal consulting experience at a manager level.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
- Exposure to life sciences planning platforms such as OMP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP/S4, o9 Solutions, or Blue Yonder.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Understanding of GxP and regulatory considerations in pharma manufacturing.
