  • Collaborate with system integrators and internal teams to align project goals
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules using Smartsheet
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to drive engagement across various departments
  • Identify and address risks proactively, escalating issues for timely resolution
  • Oversee testing activities to validate system functionality and performance
  • Partner with change management teams to promote user adoption
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to executive leadership

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale PLM implementation projects
  • Strong background in business analysis and requirement gathering
  • Proven track record of replacing legacy PLM systems
  • Excellent risk management and issue resolution skills
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
  • Self-motivated leadership style suitable for multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet
  • Familiarity with phased rollout strategies and change management processes
