Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end PLM program delivery including implementation, migration, and upgrades
  • Drive project planning and governance including schedules, milestones, and RAID logs
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, IT, and supply chain
  • Translate business requirements into functional deliverables for development teams
  • Manage risks, issues, and change control processes to ensure project stability
  • Align PLM processes for BOM, Change Management, and Product Data Management
  • Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases
  • Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting for steering committees

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale Siemens Teamcenter implementations
  • Strong background in project governance and KPI monitoring
  • Experience coordinating with system integrators and external vendors
  • Expertise in PLM process alignment and data management best practices
  • Ability to lead change management and user adoption initiatives
  • Proficiency in managing project budgets, resources, and delivery quality
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting
  • Experience overseeing UAT and go-live support phases
