Responsibilities

  • Capture customer requirements and provide guidance on business needs.
  • Install, configure, and customize the core PLM application and its modules.
  • Implement customer requirements for CAD/engineering data management, workflows, and security.
  • Develop integrations with other applications and migrate legacy data.
  • Provide technical support and act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest PLM advancements.
  • Deliver customer training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly.
  • Occasional travel only.
