Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

  • Define how engineers and AI agents collaborate in 3D design environments.
  • Own the entire product design lifecycle, from concept to implementation.
  • Contribute to product management activities, including user interviews and roadmap prioritization.
  • Design human-in-the-loop review processes for AI-generated designs.
  • Develop and test working prototypes in code with end-users.
  • Shape the future of agentic 3D design and engineering, creating new interaction patterns.
  • Conduct research with engineers at major manufacturing clients to inform product development.
  • Transform a rapidly evolving product into a cohesive design system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing complex B2B / SaaS products with dense data and multi-step workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI and agent experiences beyond simple chat interfaces.
  • Ability to prototype in code and test directly with users.
  • Strong product management mindset, including user research, specification writing, and prioritization.
  • A pragmatic approach to design, balancing polish with timely delivery.
  • Fluency in both German and English for direct user engagement.
  • Experience with 3D, CAD, PLM, or other engineering software is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
