Responsibilities

  • Design high-level and detailed architecture for PLM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Align PLM solutions with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configure CAD Workers, including specific CAD software and Office Worker.
  • Design and maintain PLM architecture, CAD integrations, vault configurations, and cluster environments.
  • Configure SSO and SSL within PLM environments.
  • Plan and execute PLM upgrades, including rehearsals in lower environments and detailed documentation.
  • Lead customization of workflows, object models, and system configurations.
  • Integrate PLM with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4), MES, CPQ, and CAD platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong PLM architecture and administration experience.
  • Proficiency with specific PLM modules (e.g., PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink).
  • Experience with Java/J2EE, SQL, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Demonstrated experience in PLM upgrades and migration.
  • Expertise in PLM customization and workflow development.
  • Strong CAD integrations experience, particularly with a major CAD system.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot CAD Worker.
  • Experience with SSO and SSL configuration, vault, and cluster configuration.
