Responsibilities

  • Lead PLM initiatives involving implementation, migration, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Manage project planning, schedules, milestones, risks, and delivery governance.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and implementation plans.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure solutions meet technical expectations.
  • Support PLM processes including BOM, Change Management, and Document Management.
  • Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
  • Strong techno-functional background in PLM implementations and enhancements.
  • Deep knowledge of BOM, Change Management, and Product Data Management.
  • Proven experience with Teamcenter migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
