Responsibilities

  • Define optimal procedures for installing and deploying PLM applications and supporting third-party software.
  • Evaluate and update installation and deployment procedures based on version changes of PLM applications.
  • Resolve customer-specific changes for best practice requirements independently.
  • Evaluate and identify required changes to rehost or refresh procedures for different PLM application versions.
  • Create execution plans for setting up and configuring Single Sign-On for clients.
  • Demonstrate expertise in performance tuning of PLM applications and supported third-party software.
  • Utilize knowledge of major cloud provider capabilities to make informed resource utilization decisions.
  • Communicate trends in manual effort and help define requirements for product cloud readiness.

Requirements

  • Developing specialized job competencies in PLM systems, associated products, platform, and Cloud DevOps Strategies.
  • Exhibit professional and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to own workstreams for cloud internal and customer-facing projects.
  • Experience leading and mentoring lower-level contributors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one major public cloud provider (Azure, AWS, Google).
