PLM Quality Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release validation.
  • Lead onsite and offshore QA teams.
  • Drive defect triage and quality governance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams.
  • Ensure successful delivery in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in PLM Quality Engineering and Teamcenter testing.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Teamcenter modules (BOM, Change, Workflow, Document Management, AWC).
  • Experience in validating complex business processes.
  • Experience conducting integration testing with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery model.
