Responsibilities

  • Understand customer problems and shape solutions across the stack.
  • Help shape priorities and build incrementally, learning from real usage.
  • Measure outcomes and iterate on released features.
  • Diagnose and solve complex problems in a mature codebase.
  • Strengthen security, performance, scalability, reliability, and resilience.
  • Protect data integrity, accuracy, and trustworthiness.
  • Build and evolve APIs and platform capabilities for plugins and integrations.
  • Advance server-side tracking, data anonymization, and data-health monitoring.

Requirements

  • Comfortable delivering software independently and taking ownership of customer problems.
  • Motivated by solving customer problems and delivering value, not just technical novelty.
  • Comfortable with complex, mature systems and tracing behavior across unfamiliar codebases.
  • Able to balance immediate customer needs with longer-term platform health.
  • Comfortable working across the full stack (frontend, backend, databases, APIs).
  • Proficient in using AI tools regularly as part of the engineering workflow.
  • Able to quickly diagnose complex or intermittent bugs.
  • Pragmatic approach to improvements, recognizing when deeper changes are needed.
