Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and methodological mentoring to bootcamp participants through 1:1 and group sessions.
  • Offer constructive feedback on participant product ideas and project milestones.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops and explain complex design methods in an accessible manner.
  • Prepare and optimize digital learning materials and exercises within an online classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and coordinate bootcamp schedules and session logistics.
  • Manage participant onboarding, offboarding, and progress documentation.
  • Integrate current AI tools and emerging technologies into the curriculum.
  • Continuously improve the learning experience based on participant feedback and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year professional experience in digital product design or a product-related field.
  • Proven ability to explain complex topics and moderate groups in an online setting.
  • Strong interest in digital products and practical experience using AI tools.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and online whiteboards.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1 level or higher).
  • Structured and proactive work style with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Prior experience in mentoring, tutoring, or customer support is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model with one office day per week.
