Responsibilities

  • Lead business process consulting and PLM solution definition.
  • Drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops.
  • Support Engineering Change, BOM, NPI/NPD, and Product Development processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Provide leadership during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle processes.
  • Strong PLM functional consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading global PLM transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing capabilities.
  • Experience with Fabless, IDM, Foundry, or OSAT organizations (preferred).
  • Exposure to CAD, ERP, and MES integrations (preferred).
