Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer success by providing timely solutions and/or workarounds.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with peers, developers, and product owners to deliver successful customer solutions.
  • Create and improve knowledgebase articles aligned with KCS best practices.
  • Participate in training and workshops for continuous improvement and development.
  • Deliver Success Management services, including weekend support and dedicated engineer assignments.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent issues concurrently.
  • Willingness to be proactive and take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for excellence.
  • Broad troubleshooting skills for enterprise business applications (e.g., application server setup, database management, performance tuning).
  • Experience in implementation or support of enterprise business applications using Java or .Net technology.
  • Understanding of Internet application technologies (HTML, XML, networking, web server configurations, Java-based architectures, security).
