Responsibilities
- Lead software and development projects to success regarding goals, quality, deadlines, budget, and risk.
- Ensure transparency of requirements, scope, priorities, dependencies, and decision needs for reliable project control.
- Act as the central contact for clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders, managing collaboration across all project phases.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, priorities, and client requirements while maintaining economic objectives.
- Identify risks, conflicts, and change needs early, make informed decisions, and initiate appropriate implementation measures.
- Build long-term client relationships, manage project controlling and forecasts, and contribute to the continuous development of project management methods.
Requirements
- Experience in independently managing software or technical development projects in a client environment.
- Technical background in software development, electrical engineering, or a comparable engineering field, with the ability to understand and classify technical contexts.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel, setting priorities, and maintaining an overview amidst increasing complexity.
- Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and responsibility, with a willingness to make decisions and take ownership of their implementation.
- Clear, binding, and peer-level communication with clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders, constructively bringing together different perspectives.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
