Responsibilities

  • Plan and design sophisticated technical building equipment systems.
  • Manage projects through all HOAI service phases from conception to completion.
  • Dimension and design supply technology systems using specialized calculation software.
  • Create, process, and review design and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, specialist planners, clients, and suppliers.
  • Provide technical support throughout various planning and implementation phases.
  • Coordinate and monitor technical interfaces.
  • Ensure professional, economic, and standard-compliant planning.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Engineering, Building Technology, or Energy Engineering.
  • Alternative qualification as a technician or master craftsman in HLS/TGA.
  • Professional experience in the planning and design of building services systems.
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and sanitation trades.
  • Proficiency with common calculation and planning software.
  • Solid MS Office skills.
  • CAD knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
