Senior PLM Windchill Solution Architect

Responsibilities

  • Lead Windchill upgrades, migrations, and modernization programs for large-scale PLM transformations.
  • Design and architect solutions across Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and PartsLink.
  • Develop technical customizations using Java/J2EE, JSP, and REST APIs.
  • Configure Windchill Workflows, Object Initialization Rules (OIRs), and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
  • Manage product data governance and engineering change management processes.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and validation activities including DHF and DMR management.
  • Perform sandbox assessments and hands-on installation of evaluation environments.
  • Prepare executive business cases and ROI assessments for PLM initiatives.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Windchill versions 12.x/13.x and knowledge of future roadmaps.
  • Mandatory domain expertise in the Medical Devices industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Proficiency in Windchill customization frameworks and integration frameworks.
  • Experience with database management in Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Ability to deploy and configure cloud and on-prem architectures.
  • Prior experience in regulated product development environments.
