Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of battery and charging systems across software, electronic hardware, and mechanical designs.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in the field to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Partner with internal engineering teams during integration, testing, and validation phases.
  • Translate field feedback into actionable recommendations for system and hardware development teams.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and teardowns of battery packs.
  • Own customer-facing deliverables including documentation and diagnostic tools.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for external partners.
  • Ensure products exceed performance expectations by establishing robust integration processes.

Requirements

  • Proven background in systems integration involving software, electronics, and mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficiency in understanding C-code for embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with 3D CAD tools and digital communication protocols.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for diagnosing complex issues in real-world scenarios.
  • Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Practical hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting of components and battery packs.
