Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade of manufacturing execution systems
  • Define solution architecture, upgrade plans, and factory model requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain system maps and workflows
  • Manage integrations with ERP, LIMS, equipment systems, and HMI
  • Lead requirements gathering, technical design, and coding activities
  • Coordinate team deliverables and ensure project quality
  • Support computer system validation (CSV) and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver project objectives

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Siemens Opcenter or Camstar MES implementations
  • Expertise in Solution Architecture and system design tools
  • Proven experience with Factory Model design and MES requirements definition
  • Deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Technical proficiency in MES integrations with ERP and LIMS systems
  • Strong understanding of computer system validation (CSV) and SQL
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams
