Responsibilities

  • Design zero-to-one agents, creating new AI-first products for writing and communication.
  • Invent interaction patterns that do not yet exist for AI-human collaboration.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams across global locations.
  • Shape design strategy by bringing user insights and prototyping ideas.
  • Lead and mentor less experienced designers, raising the standard through critique and feedback.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience designing complex, scalable productivity, creative, or CAD software.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
  • Genuine interest in AI technology and practical workflows like reading, writing, and translating.
  • Experience experimenting with AI-driven prototyping.
  • Strong care for language and writing, understanding how sentences, tone, and communication work.
  • Comfortable working with metrics and data-driven design decision-making.
  • Bonus: experience working directly in code and shipping PRs to production.
