Full Stack PLM Developer

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end feature development from frontend to backend services
  • Build user-facing features for complex data onboarding and pipeline configuration
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to turn high-level problems into pragmatic solutions
  • Actively challenge product and UX decisions to simplify complex workflows
  • Ensure smooth integration between UI, APIs, and data processing logic
  • Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and scalability to ship value early
  • Manage features in production including debugging and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to both frontend architecture and backend service development

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience building modern web applications
  • Strong experience with React and TypeScript
  • Solid backend experience with Go
  • Proven ability to ship features end-to-end in fast-moving environments
  • Strong product mindset focused on solving user problems
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect specs
  • Excellent English communication skills for distributed team collaboration
  • Ability to relocate to or work from Berlin
