Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end PLM program delivery including implementation, migration, and upgrades
  • Drive project planning and governance including schedules, milestones, and RAID logs
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, IT, and supply chain
  • Translate business requirements into functional deliverables for development teams
  • Manage risks, issues, and change control processes to ensure project stability
  • Align PLM processes such as BOM and Change Management across business units
  • Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases
  • Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting for steering committees

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale PLM implementation and migration projects
  • Strong background in project governance and stakeholder management
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements
  • Experience with risk mitigation and change control in a technical environment
  • Familiarity with PLM process alignment including BOM and Document Management
  • Expertise in overseeing UAT and deployment cycles
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting and dashboards
  • Experience driving change management and user adoption initiatives
