Responsibilities

  • Build performance monitoring tools for revenue, margin, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Produce weekly and monthly commercial results reports and analyses.
  • Calculate bonuses across the entire business scope.
  • Collaborate with Business Managers and Commercial Directors to meet their data needs.
  • Develop commercial forecasts and implement associated processes and tools.
  • Design advanced dashboards using MicroStrategy to automate reporting processes.
  • Formulate and request complex SQL queries to address business problems and needs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a demanding reporting environment, including creating and managing models on Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Comfortable with data from multiple, complex sources and excellent modeling capabilities.
  • Good understanding of various business functions and their commercial challenges.
  • Excellent command of English, essential for the position.
  • Passionate about business, understanding performance levers, and curious about optimization.
  • Appreciates teamwork and is strongly committed to collective success.
  • Excellent communicator, able to explain complex topics simply to diverse audiences.
  • Highly rigorous, problem-solving oriented, and possesses a strong sense of initiative.
